Risk Assessment
A comprehensive continuity program blends investment across proactive actions which attempt to minimize impacting event exposure (risk mitigation), as well as reactive plans that minimize event impacts (disaster recovery). The Risk Assessment focuses on the former, and assists management in making informed economic decisions with respect to continuity capability. We identify vulnerabilities and potential exposures that might exist in your facility and perimeter infrastructure, server farm, public and private network transit, as well as physical access policies and processes. As a result of the analysis, we deliver a report of risk mitigation action items, estimated remedial costs, and engineering or other 3rd party contacts who can implement the recommended mitigation actions.
