Successful testing of a continuity plan optimizes one's chances of having a successful recovery operation following an impacting event, and to assist you in executing periodic testing, we provide the Rehearsal Test Support service.  This service package includes identification of test objectives (with business and technical consensus), coordination and scheduling of your resources with 3rd party providers (e.g. hotsite or quickship suppliers, private network or Internet carriers, technical support consultants, etc.), development of a test plan and activity checklist, onsite audit of the rehearsal test, and development of a synopsis of the testing results, issues, and take-aways for the next test (suitable for provision to your internal or external audit teams).
