Following the completion of a business impact analysis, or whenever you are ready to determine what options are available for recovery, the Recovery Strategy Development service is the logical next step in understanding the "how" piece of the continuity equation.  We develop a strategy for each application system based upon their respective recovery time objective (RTO), and recovery point objective (RPO), which may include commercial hotsite services, internal backup, high-availability and replication, quickship or mobile recovery, and others.  In addition, we develop approaches for private network and Internet recovery.  Strategies are also accompanied by pro forma cost information so that you can determine proper investment mix based on recovery requirements, and if required, development of bid documents and RFPs if a commercial service is appropriate.
